I taken photos it near the Higashi-Totsuka Station.
It was taken photos with no problem point, sure, here was a police guard.
The imperial car. It seems to be the Emperor.
This imperial train was departure in Tokyo station at 2001/03/28 10:16, and it is safely arrived in Kitakamakura station.
After visiting the Emperor and Empress,and the Norwegian royal couple visited Kamakura city, they went back in the patrol boat of the Japan Coast Guard..
Therefore, this imperial train is a service of the forward only.
