Series E331 in 2014 spring seems to be scrapped forwarded to Nagano, but I taken photo the Series E331 in 2007.
The above photo is a JR East commuter train Series E331 was taken in the Shin-Kiba Station.
E331 is irregular 14 cars both as a commuter train.
E331 is not necessarily with the 900 series, which means the prototype train, and JR-East would wanted to mass production, but it is not continue mass-produced.
